Fees Policy

FindDiscus.com maintains this Fees Policy to provide customers and users ("You" or "Your") of its services, systems and network (the "Services") with detailed information relating to the pricing and payment of services made available via our site at www.FindDiscus.com.com (the "FindDiscus.com Website").

FindDiscus.com may amend this Fees Policy at any time by posting the amended policy on the FindDiscus.com Website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 14 days after they are initially posted on the FindDiscus.com Website. Your continued use of FindDiscus.com Services will constitute Your acceptance of any changes or additions to this Fees Policy.

Pricing

The pricing applicable to Your store(s) varies by Store Components..

For each store You open using our Services, You will pay a Monthly Subscription Fee and a Successful Transaction Fee on all products. For an additional fee, You may choose specialty FindDiscus.com Services designed to help enhance Your store.

The total cost of Your Store (the " Total Fee ") is the sum of

(1) the Monthly Subscription Fee,
(2) the Successful Transaction Fee, and
(3) any specialty FindDiscus.com Services You choose

The Monthly Subscription Fee and Successful Transaction Fee are automatically charged to Your credit card on file with FindDiscus.com as described in the section "Authorization to Withdraw Payment" below. For information on fees for specialty FindDiscus.com Services, please see the section "FindDiscus.com Services" below. FindDiscus.com will provide You with an invoice via email on the day your credit card is charged in order to advise You of the amounts charged.

Promotional Offers

12 Months Free Use for First 12 Recommended Store Subscription: The 12 Months Free Recommended Store Subscription offer is open to the first 12 Recommended Stores which have at least one or more orders generated. This offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers and discounts, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Under the 12 Months Free Subscription offer, the Monthly Subscription Fee will be waived for the first 12 months for qualified new merchants.

3 Months (90 Days) Free Trial Subscription . The 3 Months Free Trial Subscription offer is open to new merchants opening a FindDiscus.com account for the first time and applies to the services described below for the first month. This offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers and discounts, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Under the 3 Months Free Subscription offer, the Monthly Subscription Fee will be waived for the first 3 months for qualified new merchants.

Monthly Store Fees

Monthly Subscription Fee (per Recommended Store) (**waived for 3 or 12 Months promotional offer) : $9.95

Successful Transaction Fee (as a % of GTV) : 0.50%

• Monthly Store Fee is billed monthly, in advance and commencing on the day you sign up, and charged to Your credit card.
• Successful Transaction Fee is billed on a calendar month basis, in arrears, for the total of all transactions using Your store in the previous calendar month and is calculated by multiplying the percentage applicable to Your Store Level by the total Gross Transaction Volume (GTV). GTV is the total of all goods and services sold through Your Store in the previous calendar month and is based on the final, gross sale price. Successful Transaction Fees are capped at $5,000/month.
• Billing. Following Your 3 or 12 Month(s) Free Trial Subscription (if applicable), You will be billed for the Monthly Subscription Fee applicable to Your next thirty (30) days of service and any Successful Transaction Fees applicable to transactions on Your store in the previous calendar month.

FindDiscus.com Services (optional)

• Upon selection of a specialty FindDiscus.com Service, unless otherwise expressly noted at the time of purchase, a corresponding charge will be immediately withdrawn. For FindDiscus.com Services with monthly fees due, You will be billed monthly, in advance, commencing at the time You sign up for the FindDiscus.com Serivce.

PayPal and other Payment Services

In addition to the above Total Fees, please be advised that additional fees may be applicable to the payment methods You select for use in making and/or receiving payments (i.e. PayPal, credit card, or bank) from Your customers. Such fees are assessed by Your bank and/or payment transmitter pursuant to Your separate commercial relationship.

Authorization to Withdraw Payment

In providing credit card billing information, You authorize FindDiscus.com to process all fees incurred in connection with Your store. Further, You expressly authorize FindDiscus.com to charge Your credit card for monthly and other recurring portions of Your Total Fees (i.e. Monthly Subscription Fees, Successful Transaction Fees, Marketing Services, etc). You agree that FindDiscus.com will not obtain additional authorization from You for these recurring pre-approved payments.

You agree to maintain current valid existing credit card information with FindDiscus.com for the purpose of satisfying the fees due to FindDiscus.com as they become due. FindDiscus.com will provide You with an invoice via email on the day Your credit card is charged in order to advise You of the amounts charged. Refusal or rejection of any such fees is grounds for immediate account suspension and/or Termination.

Taxes and Your Store

As a merchant on FindDiscus.com, You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding Your use of the Service and the sale of Your products and/or services.

You are also responsible for paying all taxes, duties, or other fees applicable to the sale or offer of Your products and/or services.

A note about FindDiscus.com fees

In the event Your Store is suspended for any reason, any amounts due on Your account will immediately become due and payable. FindDiscus.com reserves the right to charge any amounts You have not previously disputed to the billing method that You are using.

Fees pay for the right to sell on FindDiscus.com. You do not purchase exclusive rights to Web pages on FindDiscus.com and its email services. FindDiscus.com may, in its sole discretion, and without Your consent or payment to You, place third-party advertisements on any Web page or email communication within its Service offering.
